Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the app, then use Delete Account. If you’d rather we do it for you, email us from the address on your account and we’ll confirm and remove it.
How do I report or block someone?
Tap the flag on any take or reply to report it, or use Report on a player’s profile. You can block a player from their profile or your Friends list. See our Terms for what isn’t allowed.
I can’t sign in.
Try the same sign-in method you used originally (Apple, Google, or email) — accounts aren’t automatically linked across methods. Still stuck? Email us with the address you signed up with.
How do I join a friend’s party or lobby?
Ask them to invite you from their Party tab, or to send you their room link. Invites show up at the top of your Party tab.
